A garden in the making.
Do you want to participate in a project that is about sustainability, from both a biological- and human perspective?
Together with Blivande and RISE, we are running an EU project to create a cultivation patch in the square, where participants learn about sustainability over two years through hands-on workshops with gardening experts and artists.
The project runs in parallel with the Netherlands, Estonia, and Italy, with Sweden's participation centered at Frihamnstorget, focussing on creating greenery among containers in an old parking lot.
During the first year, we will meet between 7-9 times. Groups get to know the place, each other, and work together on how to create better sustainability for oneself and the surroundings.
The first meeting is in April and the last for this year is in September. Together with the research institute RISE, we will learn about biodiversity, inclusion, and how we can grow as a group together.

By joining the group, you get access to:
Urban Cultivation course:
You will take part in 9 sessions between April-September led by Lotta Naslund, exploring how to grow sustainably with other participants in a unique environment: an urban container village!
Community events:
You will be invited to 1 event per month, where you can meet and mingle with other participants. Examples of events can include a sustainable communal dinner (with preparation included!), a workshop led by an artist, a concert…
