Välkommen till föreställningen ENTWINED av Anna Saskia Stickler och Anna Partridge mitt i containerbyn på Frihamnstorget.

I Entwined bjuds på trapets, parakrobatik och jonglering där de utforskar kommunikationen och kopplingen dem emellan – hur vi är sammanbundna och var vi kan fastna. I föreställningen får vi se hur de utforskar de krafter vi utövar på varandra med vår energi och våra känslor, hur det uttrycks fysiskt när vi utforskar de effekter vi kan ha på varandra utan att vi inser det. Vi vill att publiken ska dela den lekfullhet och glädje vi finner i att vara sammanflätade, men också reflektera över hur lätt missförstånd kan snärja oss.

Föreställningen presenteras under Mini festen Growing Beauty med stöd av Erasus +. Cirkusprogrammet på Frihamnstorget genomförs med stöd av Stockholms stad och Region Stockholm.

The Longest Table is a community-building concept designed to foster open dialogue and connection among diverse groups of people. Participants sit at an unusually long table to share a meal and engage in meaningful conversations about shared interests, challenges, and visions for the future. The initiative emphasizes inclusivity, breaking barriers, and creating a sense of belonging through the universal act of sharing food and stories.

The idea for The Longest Table emerged after the COVID-19 pandemic, driven by the desire to reunite neighbors and foster a sense of community. What better way to bring people together than through food? The first edition took place in New York’s Chelsea district, where 500 neighbors gathered around a 320-meter-long table, sharing homemade, baked, or store-bought dishes in a massive potluck.

We launched our first event in 2024 and are excited to continue hosting regular editions throughout 2025!

Stockholm's largest clothing exchange is an event where you can take clothes that you no longer like or that don't fit, and exchange them for other clothes. The aim is to promote sustainable fashion free of charge, with joy and community in focus.

The exhibition "origenes mutantes: Cumbias Des-bordadas" invites us to reflect on migration as a natural and transformative journey. Like elements in nature that move, adapt, and evolve—rivers that carve new paths, birds that navigate distant skies—our own roots stretch and intertwine with new landscapes.

Through dance, music, embroidery, and collective experiences, the exhibition explores how this movement shapes our inner landscapes, blending resilience, memory, and growth. It’s a celebration of how nature lives within us, guiding our transitions and connecting us across places, rhythms and stories.

Föreställningen flätar samman baltisk folklore med den universella mänskliga erfarenheten och utforskar spänningen mellan två världar: den materiella, styrd av logik, och den som formas av fantasi och tro. I centrum står en nytolkning av legenden om havsgudinnan Jūratė och fiskaren Kastytis – en kärlek dömd att gå förlorad. Men istället för att stanna vid tragedin skildrar verket en individs inre förvandling, inspirerad av Jūratė. Genom ensamhetens landskap och kroppens fysiska gränser konfronterar hon fantasins oändliga möjligheter. Det är en resa genom rörelse, där en enda punkt gradvis växer sig större. Allt eftersom dansen fortskrider blir dess mönster mer komplexa – dansaren rör sig i cirklar, fångad mellan kroppens inre krafter och rummets ofrånkomliga lagar. Meditativ och flytande som vatten gestaltar koreografin en gudinna fjättrad vid havets botten, ständigt sökande efter balans och en möjlig befrielse.

Inspired by a Lithuanian legend on an impossible love, a dance performance as meditative and fluid as water.

She Dreamt of Being Washed Away to The Coast is a contemporary reimagining of Baltic mythology. The performance weaves Lithuanian folklore into the universal human experience, exploring the tension between two realms: the material world, governed by logic, and the world shaped by imagination and faith. At its core lies a reinterpretation of the Lithuanian legend of Jūratė, the sea goddess, and Kastytis, the fisherman—a love deemed impossible. However, rather than dwelling on the tragedy, the piece delves into the transformation of a lone individual, inspired by Jūratė, who grapples with solitude, the physical constraints of the body, and the boundless fluidity of imagination. It is a transformative journey of movement from a single point to a broader space. As the performance unfolds, the dance becomes increasingly intricate, with the dancer moving in circular patterns, caught between the forces of her own body and the unyielding rules of the space. Meditative, complex, and as fluid as water, the choreography evokes the image of a deity chained at the ocean’s depths, trying to find balance between her axis and liberation.
