Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales

Introduction

These terms apply when you buy tickets to our events through our event ticket shop. The seller and event organiser is Frihamnstorgets kulturförening, org. no. 802531-8638, of Frihamnsgatan 15, 115 56 Stockholm, Sweden ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase you accept these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Our ticket shop and Ticket Tailor

Our ticket shop is operated on the Ticket Tailor platform. Ticket Tailor provides the technical service for booking and delivering tickets, but your contract for the ticket is with us. We are responsible for the event and for any questions, changes and refunds.

Booking and payment

A binding contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable. Any booking fee is shown separately before you pay. Payment is made at checkout through our payment provider, and we do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical faults or suspected fraud. In that case, we will refund the full amount you paid.

Delivery of tickets

Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address you provide, normally within a few minutes of purchase. If you have not received your ticket, check your spam folder and then contact us so we can resend it.

Each ticket has a unique code that is scanned at the entrance and is valid for one admission. You can show the ticket on your phone or as a printout. You are responsible for keeping your ticket safe. If a ticket is copied, only the first one scanned will be admitted.

No right of withdrawal

Under the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts (2005:59), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for leisure events that take place on a specific date. This means a ticket purchase is binding once it has been confirmed.

Refunds and changes at your request

You are not entitled to a refund if you are unable to attend or change your mind. You are welcome to contact us at Sofia@frihamnstorget.se if something has come up, and we will consider each request individually. Any refund or rebooking in these cases is at our discretion.

Cancelled, rescheduled or changed events

If we cancel an event, we will refund everything you paid, including any booking fee.

If an event is moved to a new date, your ticket is automatically valid for the new date. If you cannot attend on the new date, you may request a full refund by contacting us at Sofia@frihamnstorget.se within 14 days of the date we notified you of the change. If the new date falls within those 14 days, the request must reach us before the event takes place. If we do not hear from you in time, your ticket remains valid for the new date and is no longer refundable.

If an event is substantially changed, for example if the main programme is replaced, you may request a full refund before the event takes place. Minor changes to the programme, timings or supporting acts do not entitle you to a refund.

We will inform you of cancellations and significant changes by email, using the address you gave when booking. Refunds are made to the payment method used for the purchase, without undue delay and normally within 14 days. We do not reimburse other costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

Transfer and resale of tickets

You may give or sell your ticket to someone else, provided that the price does not exceed what you paid, including any booking fee. Tickets may not be resold for profit or used for commercial purposes such as competitions or promotions without our written consent. We may cancel tickets that are resold in breach of these terms, without refund.

The person using the ticket is bound by these terms.

Age limits

Any age limit is stated on the event page. We may ask for valid ID at the entrance. If you do not meet the age limit or cannot show ID when asked, we may refuse entry without refund. Children must be accompanied by an adult unless otherwise stated on the event page.

Admission and conduct

Please arrive in good time. If you arrive late, we may not be able to let you in until a suitable break, or at all, depending on the event.

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, we may refuse entry to or remove anyone who is disruptive, appears heavily intoxicated, poses a safety risk or fails to follow instructions from our staff. No refund is given in these cases.

Photography and filming

We may photograph and film at our events, and the material may be used in our communications and marketing. If you do not wish to appear, please tell our staff on site or contact us afterwards. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.

Our liability

We are responsible for carrying out the event as described. We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, decisions by public authorities, strikes, accidents or illness of performers. If such circumstances force us to cancel an event, the refund rules above still apply.

We are not responsible for personal belongings that are lost or damaged at our events, unless this was caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory Swedish consumer law.

Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available in our event ticket shop.

Complaints and disputes

If you are not satisfied, please contact us first at Sofia@frihamnstorget.se and we will do our best to resolve the matter. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes that are not resolved through ARN shall be settled by the Swedish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms that applied when you made your purchase apply to that purchase.
