Volunteer for Valborg Festival 2026 at Frihamnstorget!

At the heart of our festival are the volunteers—our event’s real heroes. These dedicated individuals are the first faces visitors see and play an essential role in bringing the magic of Valborg Festival to life.

As a volunteer, you’ll not only get the chance to learn while helping out but also connect with amazing people, grow your network, and most importantly, become part of a vibrant and supportive community. HOW DOES IT WORK?

The festival takes place from 15:00 to 21:00 on the 30th of April, and the volunteers will be assigned to participate in one of the two volunteering shifts:

• 13:00-17:30 -> The opening shift of the Festival

• 17:00-21:30 -> The closing shift of the Festival

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?

• During your volunteering, you will have a lunch or dinner voucher, constant access to fika, and a place to rest when you are off shift.

• We’re a close-knit, creative team and the event will be filled with laughter. No experience? No problem! You'll learn everything you need to know at the meeting on 25th of April. Whether you're an experienced volunteer or a complete novice, what matters most is your enthusiasm.

• Bring a friend for free! They won’t have to pay general entrance :)

• You will be added to a WhatsApp Community to get in contact with other volunteers and who knows, maybe volunteer on some other occasion!

• We can give a recommendation letter if you would also like this.
